My father's side of the family is from Buffalo. I believe some of the best food that I have eaten has been in Buffalo. They put chain restaurants out of business because the home made taste of these mom and pop shops are so wonderful. Here is a little documentary on the Polish foods of Buffalo. If you ever visit there, please do not eat at national chain restaurants. You will regret that. So learn a little bit about where I come from.
